  Below you can see that we have 3 different ways to choose from and it is really a matter of taste as to which one is best. I personally recommend that you use the second Method when creating a really juice filling's, like some of our chefs have, Eg. Sausages and gravy, steaks, Burgers. Toasted in this way will allow you to create those juicy recipe fillings that would normally not be feasible with any other bread.

Method - 1

Place the “Mollete” in a pre heated oven or in a pizza style grill, and after 2-3 minutes depending on the appliance used. Take out and cut open, And prepare to amazed at the unrivalled aroma of Freshly baked bread mixed with the unmistakable scent of the finest Virgin Olive oil.

Method - 2

Cut Open the “Mollete” Length ways, and the using either the Pizza style Grill (Recommended) or with your ordinary household toaster remembering to turn if the Mollete doesn’t fully fit. After 2-3 Minutes depending on your appliance. Take out an you will find the the outer shell of the “Mollete” is Thin, crisp and highly resistant, Using this method Is perfect for those really Juicy Fillings, that with any other bread would fall apart with.
 

Method - 3

By inserting a knife in the middle of the “Mollete” your can twist it over an open flame until it turns a lovely crisp brown, ideal for fishing, camping trips, and so many other outdoor activities where electricity or gas is not an option.

How to prepare Your "Mollete"

DO NOT consume your “Mollete” without finishing its baking process.
